Terms and Conditions for Catering Orders

• Any order cancelled less than 36 hours prior to the delivery or pick up time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the order total. 
• Any order cancelled with less than 24 hours prior to the delivery or pick up time will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the order total.
• If you are dissatisfied with your order, you must contact [email protected] or [email protected] within five (5) days of your delivery or pick up.
• If you select delivery for your catering order, you must include a contact name and phone number for the delivery driver. Catering orders cannot be left. Delivery price is subject to change depending on the size of your order.
• Be advised that all delivery times are subject to a 15 minute grace period before and after the delivery window time selected.

 

Terms and Conditions for Purchase of Alcoholic Beverages

• If alcohol is included in your order, the person receiving the order must be 21 years of age or older, and be able to show a valid government-issued photo ID. IMPORTANT: ALCOHOL CANNOT BE LEFT WITHOUT A TWENTY ONE + ADULT PRESENT.
• The products and services ordered from France 44 are for private consumption and may not be repackaged or resold.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that alcoholic beverages delivered by France 44 are not provided to persons under twenty one (21) years of age.
• Unopened and undamaged bottles of wine or liquor may be returned to France 44 for a 15% restocking fee.
